• Funding and government scheme advisory (including schemes, grants, loans, and hackathons)
• Application assistance and coordination with financial institutions or government portals

Ethix Business Consultancy is not a government body, bank, NBFC, or financial institution. We do not guarantee approvals, sanctions, disbursements, or selection under any government scheme, loan, or funding program. Final decisions rest solely with the respective authorities or institutions.

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to provide services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Ensure that all submitted documents are valid and legally compliant
• Respond in a timely manner to requests for information or clarification
• Pay all agreed fees within the specified timelines

Ethix shall not be responsible for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be communicated in advance through proposals, emails, invoices, or written agreements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), unless mentioned
• Advance or milestone-based payments may be required before service initiation
• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable

Refunds, if any, are subject to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement or proposal and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances at Ethix’s sole discretion. Service cancellations by the client do not automatically entitle the client to a refund for work already completed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, designs, and branding elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Ethix Business Consultancy and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any deliverables created specifically for a client (such as pitch decks, DPRs, business plans, or reports) may be used by the client for their intended business or submission purposes. However:

• Ethix retains ownership of underlying templates, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how
• Clients may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the deliverables without prior written consent

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethix Business Consultancy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
• Delays or failures caused by government authorities, banks, financial institutions, or third-party platforms
• Rejection, non-approval, or modification of applications submitted on behalf of the client

Our role is limited to professional advisory and facilitation based on information provided by the client and prevailing rules or guidelines. Outcomes are subject to external decision-making authorities beyond our control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Amendments

Ethix Business Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
